Institutional plans of the year 2012 sucessfully achieved:

·         Review of Basic Literacy Primer  in Urdu.

·         Orientation of District Officers (ZLSS) Doda, Poonch, Budgam, Ganderbal, Leh and Kargil on Saakshar Bharat Mission.

·         Monitoring of Learner Assessment 17^th March and 26^th August, 2012 in different Districts including Islands of Success.

·         Attended ILD function at Lucknow.

·         Conducted activities (symposia and Rallies) on ILD at Budgam, Doda & Ganderbal.

·         Conducted first phase Orientation of ZLSS, BLSS & GPLSS members of four adopted blocks on their role in implementation of SBM.

·         Gram Panchayat Lok Shiksha Samiti, members of adopted blocks were apprised about convergence of various developmental programmes and schemes like NRHM, NREGA, Rural Sanitation programme etc.
