The Centre for Capacity Building & Skill Development has been  established by the University of Kashmir in April 2023. The mission of the Centre is to provide human resource development support to the in-service as well as the skill development courses for the students and youth in collaboration with the other department and institutions. 

Mission

• The prime objective of the Centre is providing job based orientation and Training for the in-service staff of various departments organizations to enhance their working capability in their respective workplaces.
• Secondly the Centre organizes and conducts various skill development programmes for various categories of youth to enable them to achieve a skilful life and to establish their own productive Units for livelihood.
