The Centre for Capacity Building & Skill Development University of Kashmir organized a one day orientation programme  aimed at enhancing work ethics among the  Ministerial staff, a group of 50 selected staff members camping of Section Officers, Senior Assistants and Head Assistants were trained about various aspect of work Ethics.
